Our harnesses are built in small batches — often just a few at a time. Because of this, we do not accept returns on opened products.
If your harness arrives and you haven't opened the package, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund. Once opened, all sales are final — but you're covered by our warranty below.
Every HHC harness is covered for 3 years from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.
What's covered: Wire failure, connector failure, shrink tubing breakdown, sheathing failure, bad solder joints, incorrect pinouts, loose terminals — anything that's our fault under normal use.
What's not covered: Physical damage (cuts, burns, crushing), improper installation, modifications you made to the harness, or wear from extreme use environments.
Made a mistake during install? Damaged a connector? We offer repair services for HHC harnesses — even for user error.
Most of our harnesses include service loops at key connections. This means if something goes wrong, we can repair it properly without leaving random splices in your wire runs. Clean work, like it should be.
Repair pricing depends on the damage. Reach out with photos and we'll give you a quote.
Step 1: Contact us and describe the issue. Photos help. We'll troubleshoot with you to make sure it's actually the harness and not something else in the truck.
Step 2: If it's a warranty issue, ship the harness to us. We'll repair it and ship it back, or send you a replacement if repair isn't possible.
Step 3: Get back on the road.
If you bought through eBay, you're covered by both eBay's buyer protection (30 days) and our 3-year warranty.
